What about the pensions crisis? That's a very very big issue indeed, making public libraries pale into insignificance. Blair's destruction of private pension provision, and failure to address the problem he has caused will haunt this country for generations.
Yep - my parents have been royally screwed over by that, and no mistake.
Of course, the excuses that will be made for a lot of the things on that list is that the problems stem from the pre-97 Tory governments. But as far as I'm concerned, eight years should have been more than enough time to at least START to rectify the situation.
Labour's done a lot of good, that I won't deny. But not as much good as some of its supporters would make out, and not as much as it should have been capable of with such massive majorities in both of its terms in office.
This is one Nosemonkey who is, on balance, decidedly unimpressed with Blair's achievements.
