Yep - that's rent boy. (So much worse than simply "prostitute" don't you think? Got those added layers of objectification and hints of paedophilia - after all, when was the last time you saw a 23-year-old man referred to as a "boy" in any other context?)

OK, I agree. There is one thing Oaten should be remembered for. He took the lead in the Lib Dem opposition to the 90 days without charge nonsense. He and David Davis presnted a united front against it as I remember.
This means he was heavily involved in Blair's first ever defeat in the Commons and must have featured quite prominently in the Scum's list of traitors. It's probably just a curious coincidence that the NOTW do a hatchet job on him two months later. Possibly.
I wonder if David Davis has any skeletons in his closet?
